- Qualifications : B.Sc/ B.Tech Degree in Engineering (Civil) of the Kerala University or any other qualifications recognised as equivalent thereto OR Associate Membership Diploma of the institution of Engineers (India) in Civil Engineering or any other Diploma recognised as equivalent thereto OR Pass in sections ‘A’ & ‘B’ of the Associate Membership Examination of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil Engineering.
